Terms, Conditions & Rates.

For senior legal counsel and advisory roles, my rate is $600 per hour, plus GST and disbursements.
 

For appointments as an independent commissioner, my rate is $295 per hour, plus GST and disbursements, unless otherwise agreed.
 

Facilitation services are charged at $295 per hour, plus GST and disbursements.
 

For mediation services involving two parties, I offer a fixed fee of $5,400 + GST ad disbursements. This covers:

• Preliminary intake meetings with both parties

• Preparation time

• A full mediation day (6–8 hours)

• All administrative support and documentation
   

If the mediation concludes in under four hours, the fee is reduced by 25%.
